Deadline of Abstract, Poster, and Oral Presentation Submission: September 25, 2026
Submission is ONLY through On-line Submission System. Please sign up to request an account for access to the on-line system.
Oral Presentations
1. The plenary speakers will be invited by the Organizing Committee.
2. The session speakers will be invited or selected by the session conveners. The 8th ICBPI accepts application for oral presentations in sessions. If you want to give a talk (as a session speaker) in a specific session, please contact the section conveners.
Abstracts
1. Please use the template to prepare the abstract:

2. Abstracts without registration and payment will NOT be included in the abstract book.
3. Abstract Submission Form: WORD. Language: the abstract must be written in ENGLISH.
4. The abstract should be written in English, typed or printed in Times New Roman, font 12, single space, A4 size (21cm*29.7cm).
6. Use standard abbreviations and place a special or unusual abbreviation in parenthesis after the full word appears. Write numbers as numerals rather than words.
7. Full name of all authors should be listed without degrees and titles, and the presenting author should be underlined. Presenter's organization should be included.
8. Tables, charts, photographs and any other information are not acceptable as part of the abstract.
9. The body of the abstract is limited to 350 words, excluding the title and information on authors. (no more than one page)
Posters
1. The conference accepts academic posters in English.
2. Size "A0", 120 cm (height) x 85 cm (width).
3. The conference does not provide a template for the poster, however, please add the poster number, LOGO and the full name of 8th ICBPI (in home page) on the top of the poster.
4. All approved posters will be printed by the authors. The Poster Stand will be provided by the conference. (请参会人员自行印刷海报,会务组提供海报支架。会务组将协助在会场安装海报。)
5. The posters will be ranked by by our conference committee and participants and some of them will be awarded a certificate of excellence.
6. The posters should be submitted in the website.
