Accommodation Information

1. Room Types and Rates

The official conference hotel is the Nanjing Fengda International Hotel (南京丰大国际大酒店). The available room types and rates are listed below:

Sharing Policy
  • Participants who select "Single Occupancy" during registration will be assigned a room for sole use.
  • Participants who select "Double Occupancy" may specify their roommate's name at the time of booking (the roommate must also be registered on this website).
  • Note: As the conference coincides with the peak tourist season, if no roommate is specified, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to randomly assign a shared room with another registered participant of the same gender to optimize space.

3. Nearby Hotels

There are several other hotels located within 500–1000 meters of the Nanjing Fengda International Hotel. Participants are welcome to make their own arrangements at these nearby properties. However, please note that availability is extremely limited during this peak tourist season; early booking is strongly recommended to secure your accommodation.

4. Important Notice Regarding Registration and Payment

Due to the large scale of the conference and the high demand for accommodation during the tourist season:

  • We strongly encourage all participants to complete their registration and pay the registration fee and room deposit via bank transfer prior to the conference.
  • Accommodation priority will be given to representatives who have completed online registration and payment in advance.
  • The Organizing Committee cannot guarantee accommodation arrangements for participants who register on-site or without prior payment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
